Despite the Dallas Mavericks vowing to fix their #metoo problem, two years later, a top executive faces new allegations. After a woman said a Dallas executive sexually assaulted her, the team cleared him. But an SI investigation found that the Mavericks did not obtain potentially critical evidence.
